‘We Are Stronger’: Atheists To Hold Massive Rally On National Mall Next Month

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBSDC) – Thousands of atheists are expected to attend the Reason Rally next month in Washington, D.C., an event that organizers hope will unify a large part of the secular community.

On March 24, the National Mall will be populated by those who sympathize with atheist perspectives, generally defined by an absence in belief of deities or other religious icons.

The website for the event states that organizers aim to encourage participants to claim their identity as what they call “secular Americans,” to dispel stereotypes, and to rally for legislative equality.

David Silverman, a chair for the Reason Rally Coalition and president of American Atheists, said that participants are motivated by positivity.

“We’re not going there to complain, we’re not going there to fight,” he told CBSDC. “[We want to] celebrate the fact that we are growing, we are stronger, and we are taking our place in American society.”

Proving the validity of the Church

They would not have anything to protest unless it was real. They claim to be atheist but in truth they are agnostic.
Psa 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Doc, you are so right!

Only a fool says there is no God! I fear so much for mankind! So many souls wil be lst to the eternal fires of Hell simply because the followed in the footsteps of the atheist and agnostics. It is so obvious they have been blinded by Satan. Think about it!! If something isn't true, or simply doesn't exist, why do they push so hard to convince others they believe as they do? It's amazing.... I simply don't want to be in there shoes when God says, "Depart from me! I never knew you!"

Given to everyone in their life .. and it is not reliant on technology or religionists..

God is a good God .. period

and only each man can harden his heart from hearing .. carefully read the Exodus account .. Exo 9:12 comes only after the God of grace gave multiple opportunities earlier which pharoh hardened his own heart by chosing not to hear ..

Mark 4:22-25...Things are hidden temporarily only as a means to revelation...For there is nothing hidden except to be revealed, nor is anything temporarily kept secret except in order that it my be made known ... If any man has ears to hear, let him be listening/shama & perceiving/shamar & comprehending/chayah ... AND He said to them, BE CAREFUL what you are hearing ... the measure of thought & study you give to the TRUTH (you hear Hb#8085) WILL be the measure of virtue & knowledge that comes back to you ... and more besides WILL be given to you (who hear/shama) ... for to him who has more WILL be given; and from him who has nothing, even what he has WILL be taken away ... Heb 11:6

We are to share the Word with the hearing, not to debate with the wilfully deaf .. 1Cor15:1-4 .. who is who is tough to determine on occasion ..

Rom 2:4...Or are you (so blind as to) trifle and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forebearance and long-suffering patience? Are unmindful or actually ignorant (of the fact) that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repent (to change your mind and inner man to accept God's will?) v.5 But by your callous stubborness and impenitence of heart you are storing up wrath and indignation, when God's righteous judgement (wonderful reward to the listening & just doom to the lost) will be revealed.

thank you, shama--again.

now to ask for God's helping hand, in word and deed, with the wilfully deaf. I am not so good at this.

1 Cor 1:18-...For HIS story and message of the cross (the complete redemption plan, qualification & action & empowered to life) is sheer absurdity and folly to those who are perishing (Acts 7:51-52) and on their way to perdition...but to us that are being saved (1Cor 15:1-4) it is the (manifestation of) the power of God...for when the world with all its earthly wisdom (eating from the tree of the vain knowledge of "what is good or evil to me in my own dis obedient, not listening. wicked fleshly, fallen admanic sight") failed to perceive (shama) and recognize
(shamar) and know (chayah) God by means of its self righteous apart from God philosophy, God in His Wisdom was pleased through the "foolishness to the world" of preaching (of the cross - salvation as a precious gift given by Christ and to be had only through Him), to save those who BELIEVED (who clung to (shama) and trusted in (shamar) and relied on (kaiya) HIM -

In Gen 15:1 .. God reveals / shares with Abram a precious key to carefully consider (commune(ication). shows & asks Hb#1697 dabar).. fear not / believe ... I AM the Truth ... John 14:6 ... which shields, protects, defends, hedges about ... YHVH Hb#3068 magen Hb#4043 ... who is diligent(ly), especial(ly), exceeding(ly), might(ily) ... YHVH Hb#3966 m'od ... who makes good, always comes through, benefits, maintains, rewards ... YHVH Hb#7939 sakar ... your increase(r), husbandman, very nutrition, treasure(r) YHVH Hb#7235 rabah ... John 6:51KJV .. Heb11:6

"Follow Paul, study it all" .. Acts9:15 .. 2Tim1:13-14 ..
