I think this is significant because it touches so many aspects of End Times Prophecy. It has the Russia-Iran link and, when combined with the Turkey-Russia pipeline deals last year, places the EU in dire circumstances where energy is concerned. It is also making Middle-East oil less relevant --- which will destabilize that area further. Where will Europe gets its oil and gas now? It's more than a coincidence that Israel discovered vast reserves of oil and gas last year.... Do you think the Russia-turkey-Iran alliance will stand by and let Israel sell energy to the EU?
