Pagan mom challenges Bible giveaway at North Carolina school
A pagan mother's challenge to the distribution of donated Bibles at a local school has prompted the Buncombe County Board of Education to reevaluate its policies regarding religious texts.
Ginger Strivelli, who practices Witchcraft, a form of Paganism, said she was upset when her 12-year-old son [who did not wish to be photographed for this article] came home from North Windy Ridge intermediate school with a Bible.

Thu, 01/19/2012 - 13:40We should be holding spiritual debates instead of multi-faith meetings. Why? Because from the bellies of believers flow rivers of living water. People who hate the Gospel are often afraid to stand against one who practices it. Silencing is easier than debating and explaining.

Mercy is getting something we don't deserve. That cross and the cruelty of the crown of thorns symbolizes how much the Lord sacrificed to spare our souls. Really fitting for this time and age.
