Israel's "Begin Doctrine" Dilemma "To Attack or Not to Attack" Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas and Syria

Only a few people would ever recognize the name Menachem Begin, Israel's former prime minister who made the decision to destroy Iran's nuclear reactor in 1981. What's amazing about that accomplishment was not the element of surprise but the fact that Menachem Begin made the decision without ever consulting Israel's allies, namely the US.

In 2007 Israel made the same decision to destroy Syria's nuclear reactor without ever consulting their allies. The after math of that decision was hardly noticeable in the world news arena. In fact, after bombing Syria’s nuclear reactor site, Israel’s F16’s buzzed the presidential palace breaking palace windows. A direct snub to the face of Syria as if to say, “I dare you.” The Begin Doctrine was again set into place. Never again would the Jewish people stand before an existential threat. AMEN!

In 1981 the United States of America and “Ronald Reagan” a bible prophecy enthusiast, had an unbreakable bond with Israel and the world new it! The world at that time would dare to form an opposition against Isarel. Today relations between the United States and Israel could be considered at best “Fair.” The Obama administration is more a friend of muslim nations than they are of Israel. Sure the Obama administration throws scraps of appeasement towards Israel, like the funding of the “Iron dome project” and the apology of America’s treatment towards Israel to 12 nationally known rabbi’s in America but what about a direct apology to Israel. Obama needs to travel l to Israel to show his and the united states appreciation for Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu!

Israel right now has over 40,000 rockets pointed at them from every direction. The year 2007 seems like decades ago. Today Israel is surrounded by enemies that seek only their complete destruction. You have Egypt and Hamas to the south of Israel; you have Jordan and King Abdullah a direct descendant of Muhammad to the East, along with Fatah and Iraq; and to the North you have Lebanon, Syria, Hezbollah, along with Russian arms and possibly even Russian troops in Syrian ports as we speek. Keep in mind Egypt and Jordan were players and losers in the war of 1967. Where do think their sentiment stand? Israel is like a cornered pit bull.

Not to mention Anti-Semitism is at all time high right now. It really doesn't matter where you look. Just read the world wide news. It’s occurring more and more, specifically in EU countries where Israel really needs allies the most. Look at the EU leader "Germany." Just read Germany's national newspaper the Spiegel for their perspective. I'm telling you it's not good regardless of the generously donated German "Dolphin Class Submarines" which are sitting in the straits of Hurmuz right now.

Consider too the fact that there are only 14 million Jews yet there are over 4 billion muslims world wide. You don't have to be a tennis player to realize the "Advantage" is to the muslim countries and the Islamic community! Not to mention every time you turn around, someone in the UN wants to draft a complaint against Israel! Why?

Zechariah 12:3 And in that day I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone to all people. "Israel not just Jerusalem is a burdensome stone to the world and the world wishes Israel was non-existent"

So what does Israel do? Do they follow the Begin Doctrine? Do they attack Hezbollah and Syria in Lebanon? Do they attack Iran and knock out their nuclear reactors and plutonium trigger development sites? If Israel decides on a pre-emptive strike they will be facing a four front retaliation and a for sure a long term war that may extend months even years. Realistically, Israel has no allies outside of the Christians and Jews in America and maybe the US military? Nothing is for certain! So what’s next? Some might say the war of Psalm 83 I think we e are neck deep in Ezekiel 38. If Israel does follow the Begin Doctrine, my friends get on your knees and pray, without God there is no hope for Israel.

On the other hand if Israel does decide to wait out UN sanctions, chances are Iran will have a fully operational, plutonium triggered nuclear weapon within the next six months. Im-in-a-jihad will use that bomb within seconds of its completion with hopes of bringing back their messiah known as the mahdi.

Friends I don’t think there is an answer. I would hate to be Israel. My heart is heavy and I wish I didn't study bible prophecy and I wish that I didn't know that bible prophecy is 100% accurate. I feel we are in for a deadly summer. Pray that God will deliver Israel.

God Bless

No nuke, no way

I agree that Im-in-a-jihad will use the bomb as soon as it's ready for use. Israel will absolutely not allow this to happen, they know Iran would use it in a second. So that leaves 1 option, a pre-emptive strike by Israel. And as you mentioned, they may do this without the blessings of the US, as they've done before. And if they did that, you can see why the US (with our current administration especially) would turn her back on Israel, as the bible predicts will happen. Imagine a hard, pre-emptive strike by Israel that most people and most countries would consider 'excessive'. Yes, most countries would easily turn away from Israel. Then after a course of events, Israel is left by herself, with basically the whole world against her. And right about the time the world is coming down on Israel, God steps back into time to save His chosen people, Himself alone getting the glory!
