The Weather

The weather change is one of the most significant signs in these times according to the word of God

Matthew 16:3
And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

Genesis 1:14
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

Matthew 16:3

Matthew 16:3, it's a metaphor.
Christ is not literally inferring that we check the weather to discern the signs of the times.
Matthew 16:3 is an indictment against the religious teachers of day.
Being the blind guides that they were, they could not discern from the clear teachings of the scriptures that Jesus is the Messiah.

As far as the scriptures, Global Warming and the end times is concerned,
Luke 21:25 does say the following,
"There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves,"
This passage in no way suggests, one way or the other whether this is due to "man made" (Anthropogenic) Global Warming.
