This is major prophetic news. There hasn't been a red heifer in 2000 years. It is needed for the purification ceremonies. The Mishna says that there will be a total of 10 red heifers -- there has only been nine sacrificed. The 10th is considered to be Messianic and will be sacrificed by the Messiah himself.
